wolf and moon

before i start i want to say that i heard this a long time ago so i don't remeber the characters so I'll just call them wolf and moon <-- lazy names XD

A long long time ago back before the moon and stars were even around, There was a traveler called wolf. Wolf was a good man and wanted to help people so at night when it pure darkness he would out into the woods with his lantern and find people who needed help out of the forest. As he brought them to the closest village he would sing a songs. One while wolf was help a group get out of the woods he began to sing as usual and not long after a girl joined in and start to sing with him. When wolf and the group reached the village he asked the girl for her name she said is was moon. The two decided to meet up again and sing their songs and help others out and the more they sang the better they got. Until one day when moon's singing got so good that the gods were actual jealous of her and told her not to sing again or else she'll be punished. That night when wolf went to meet with moon he found her crying so he tried singing to comfort her but this only made her cry more. After many attempts to make moon stop crying wolf started to give up and cry a bit as well not knowing if something was wrong with moon. Moon saw how wolf started to cry and she decided to sing for him so he wouldn't cry. Wolf then began to join in with her singing and this angered the gods and as punishment for moon the gods made her silent and turned into the moon so she would not be able to sing again. The moon still cried though for now she can never sing again and tears turned in to the stars. As for wolf they gods also anger at him and they turned him into the first wolf since his singing was not as good as their own. Now on every full moon you can hear the wolf howling in search of his moon.
